The 'Access Concept' was specially developed by Renault Trucks for distribution professions. It includes doors that open 90°, non-slip steps in line with the door, grab handles on both sides, stepwell lighting, adjustable seat and air release steering wheel.

With its manual gearbox, dashboard mounted gear lever and parking brake, driving the Renault Midlum is productive and not tiring. With the engine tunnel now free of controls and instruments, movement in the cab is easier. The Optitronic automated gearbox further enhances comfort, allowing the driver to concentrate fully on the road ahead.
