The different braking systems (service brakes, engine brake and retarders) are coupled by the Electronic Braking System which adjusts the braking pressure applied to each wheel to match surface adherence conditions. This means that Renault Premium Distribution always has 100% of its braking capabilities at its disposal. This centralised braking system is one of the best on the market and returns record deceleration figures of 7m/s², 25% better than current regulatory requirements!

These vision-enhancement features can be complemented by the 'Vision' door, with its glazed lower section designed to make manoeuvring easier, as well as a rear side window on the passenger side and a back glass.
