With major development being taken to expand our Fradley Park site due to significant and sustained growth, we have an opening to join our excellent Aftersales Team supporting the Workshop Service team.

Supporting our Service team as an Aftersales Administrator, you will assist our Customer Service Advisors in the planning and prioritisation of workflow, preparing of MOT and service schedules for our retail and internal customers, taking and making bookings, setting up job cards, and general administration duties.

This role requires an excellent telephone manner, with good administration and computer skills. Previous experience in a similar workshop administration role is preferred. Full training on our company systems and processes will be provided.
