Bodyshop Reception Administrator

Allports Group offer a comprehensive range of commercial vehicle and trailer products and services to Distribution Transport and Logistics operators both locally and nationally.
Operating in our bodyshop covering both the main entrance and bodyshop reception areas, this full-time position offers the opportunity to join our busy office covering a range of administrative and office duties.
You will be responsible for greeting customers attending the site in a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner and answering and transferring calls appropriately throughout the business. You will also be involved in administration including raising job cards for all work entering the bodyshop, ensuring that customer order numbers and authorities are obtained for work required and re-contact should any additional work be required.
Our customer base is very loyal, so a passion for delivering excellent customer services is essential. Previous experience in a Motor Trade Administration role is an advantage but full training will be given on processes and systems. Therefore would suit a quick learner with excellent communication and general system / software skills with an appetite to adapt and improve administrative processes.
