We have an exciting, full-time opportunity to join our successful Customer Services Team supporting the Customer Services Manager in all aspects of Customer Relationship Development and Management.

Operating a fleet of over 1100 Trucks and Trailers based throughout the UK, we have a fantastic range of products and services offered through our Group to both our local and national customer base.  With our turn key solutions, customers can either Buy, Lease, Contract Hire or Rent Commercial Vehicles.

Whilst this is a Customer Services role it will also lead to discussing with customers the sales opportunity of Trucks and Trailers, providing our customers with cost-effective and efficient Transport Solutions.

With a full range of After Sales Support, Contract Hire, Rental and added value services provided through both our own and complimented by Manufacturer-backed schemes, we have a solution for all customer requirements.

You will have strong communication and listening skills along with good system skills able to support organise and undertake CRM type administration as required. You will bring a tenacious and persistent approach to the role ensuring tasks are completed within agreed timescales ensuring a positive customer experience.

Previous experience in a Car, LCV, Commercial Vehicle Sales or Contract Hire and Rental would be an advantage, along with being able to demonstrate a keen ability to understand the customers’ requirements and develop long-term relationships.
