We are seeking a Fleet Maintenance Administrator to join our Rental team.

What you will be doing:

As Fleet Administrator you will provide administrative and operational support to the Rental Maintenance Team ensuring smooth day-to-day management of SMR’s, supplier inquiries, and maintenance coordination. This role is essential in maintaining efficient rental operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and supporting the overall success of the rental business.

  • Coordinate daily Service & Maintenance reports between Rental administration and maintenance teams
  • Update as and when required.
  • Progress customer authorisations.
  • Request proformas and invoices from suppliers.
  • Assist in the resolution of supplier and customer queries escalating to the maintenance controller team as and when required.

 

Repair and Maintenance Contracts

  • Review Service & Maintenance Reports raised.
  • Update information paths as and when required.
  • Create and update recharges as and when required.
  • Coordinate fortnightly reports between maintenance and administration teams.

 

General Administration

  • Process the proforma email inbox
  • PMI Inspection processing and approval
  • Support the Maintenance team in obtaining compliance documentation from suppliers
  • Assist in uploading compliance documentation to Key 2 software.
