The Role:        

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Order Processing Supervisor to lead our LCV Sales Support Administration team and oversee the full lifecycle of customer orders. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient progression of all LCV customer orders — from order receipt through to vehicle handover.

Acting as the central coordination point across internal departments, suppliers, factories and bodybuilders, the successful candidate will ensure that orders are processed seamlessly, stakeholders are kept informed, and any issues are resolved quickly and effectively. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving improvements in systems, processes and team performance.

What you will be doing:

  • Oversee the end-to-end management of LCV customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely progression from order entry through to delivery and handover.
  • Lead, coach and develop the LCV Sales Support Administration team, ensuring high performance and strong collaboration.
  • Manage and optimise vehicle stock allocation and Stockplan utilisation to support sales activity and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor order progress across factory production, bodybuilder stages and supplier processes, ensuring deadlines and service levels are met.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for order, system or customer issues, resolving challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams, suppliers and customers regarding order status and updates.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy and service delivery.
  • Work closely with the LCV Sales Operations Manager to support operational strategy, reporting and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate system usage, data integrity and adherence to operational procedures.

 

What you will need:

  • Proven experience in order processing, sales operations or supply chain coordination, ideally within the automotive or vehicle sector.
  • Previous team leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing order systems, stock allocation or inventory planning.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to process accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and external partners.
