This exciting full-time position offers the opportunity to join the fast-paced, dynamic and growing Light Commercial Vehicle Sales team. This is a hands-on role and playing a key part in the day-to-day outside yard movements and flow of vehicles throughout our site.

Monday – Friday 08:30 -17:00 office based

What you will be doing:

You will be involved with all aspects of vehicle sales progression, including monitoring and progressing the vehicles, movements including occasional customer deliveries, assisting the administration team, ensuring all vehicles are checked to the highest standards prior to customer deliveries and updating systems accordingly. All of which encompasses both customer and supplier liaison.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely move and park vehicles around the site, including between departments (workshop, valeting, and sales display areas)
  • Check in new vehicle arrivals, carrying out thorough damage inspections and reporting any issues
  • Monitor and record the condition of vehicles at each stage of their progress (arrival, preparation, workshop, delivery)
  • Maintain a clear and orderly site layout to maximise space and efficiency
  • Support workshop and sales teams by ensuring vehicles and keys are in the right place at the right time
  • Assist with vehicle preparation processes, including fuelling, fitting accessories
  • Carry out basic paperwork and system updates as required

 

What you will need:

  • Excellent communication and computer skills to include Microsoft Office together with an organised, efficient and proactive approach are essential.
  • The ability to use initiative and to work in a focused team environment and independently, dedicated to excellent Customer Service.
  • Full clean UK driving licence
