Vehicle Sales Administrator
Fradley Park, Lichfield
We have an exciting opportunity to join our successful Vehicle Sales team, based at our award-winning site at Fradley Park, Lichfield.
Working 37.5 hours per week in our Group Sales Office and paying £22,000 – £24,000 per annum depending on experience, we can be flexible to the standard working pattern to suit the candidate.
You will be involved with all aspects of vehicle sales administration, including vehicle registration, collecting and reconciling payments, and assisting in the activation of customer finance agreements. You will also support customer liaison to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for our customers, whilst ensuring all vehicles are progressed from order to delivery correctly, and efficiently, updating our systems.
You will have excellent communication, numeracy and computer skills to include Microsoft Office together with an organised, efficient and proactive approach with great attention to detail.
Ideally, you will have some knowledge of Commercial Vehicles, but full training on our systems will be provided, along with an excellent remuneration package and benefits together with the opportunity for further career development with an established business.
