VEHICLE SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR – Light Commercial Vehicle

Fradley Location 

 

Office based Monday – Friday 08:30 – 17:00.

In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of vehicle sales administration including vehicle registration, with a focus on the full journey of vehicles from arrival through to delivery.

Key Activities:

Asset Arrivals:

  • Coordinate the arrival of new and used vehicles assets, ensuring all have been checked for damage and all necessary documentation and inspections are completed.
  • Liaise with suppliers and transport providers to schedule and track vehicle deliveries to the designated locations.
  • You will be effectively raising purchase orders, communicating to the relevant supplier in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of vehicle arrivals, specifications and conditions.

 

Sold Assets:

  • Process the sales of commercial vehicles ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Coordinate with the Finance and Admin teams to ensure invoices, contracts and customer documentation is in order.
  • Ensure vehicle handovers comply with company policies and legal requirements.

 

Vehicle Processing:

  • Oversee vehicle preparation, including inspection servicing and repairs to ensure they are in top condition before delivery
  • Work with internal departments and external providers to ensure vehicles are ready for customer collection or delivery
  • Update internal tracking system and communicate progress to relevant departments and stakeholders.

 

Administration and Sales Enquires

  • Updating systems to ensure current and accurate information at all times.
  • Provide updates on progress, future, current or sold stock for system reports.
  • Assist with process inbound sales enquires ensuring they are logged accordingly.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Fast learner who can hit the ground running
  • Ability to remain calm and reactive under pressure
  • Comfortable working in a varied, fast-moving environment
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
  • Excellent communication skills with a proactive and customer-focused attitude
  • Team player with the confidence to work independently when needed
