The Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our aftersales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate submission and management of warranty claims in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. You will act as the key link between the service department, parts department, and manufacturers to ensure claims are processed efficiently and payments are received in a timely manner.
This role plays a critical part in supporting dealership profitability and ensuring compliance with manufacturer warranty policies.

What you will be doing:
- Process and submit warranty claims to manufacturers within required timeframes
- Ensure all warranty claims are correctly documented and comply with manufacturer guidelines
- Review repair orders, technician notes, and parts usage to validate warranty eligibility
- Liaise with service advisors, technicians, and parts departments regarding warranty-related queries
- Monitor the status of submitted claims and follow up on outstanding payments
- Investigate and resolve rejected or disputed warranty claims
- Maintain accurate records of warranty submissions and approvals
- Ensure warranty parts are retained and managed according to manufacturer policy
- Assist with warranty audits from manufacturers and internal compliance teams
- Produce reports relating to warranty claims, revenue, and rejection rates
- Ensure all claims are submitted within manufacturer deadlines and policies
What you will need:
- Previous experience in a Warranty Administrator or Service Administrator role within the automotive industry
- Strong understanding of automotive warranty processes and manufacturer systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience using dealership management systems (DMS) is desirable
- Knowledge of manufacturer warranty portals is advantageous
