Customer Service Supervisor

Due to continued success in our Stoke on Trent workshop, this is a new opportunity leading our Workshop Customer Service Team and reporting to the Group After Sales Manager.

This exciting Opportunity involves leading all aspects of the Customer Workshop Reception and Administration function together with leading development and delivery of excellent Customer service.

This role involves administration Planning and progressing of Customer Service requirements, Administration duties, together with communicating with internal and external customers and suppliers.

This full time position requires an excellent Customer Service skills telephone manner, good administration and computer skills.

Previous experience in a similar workshop administration, reception or Service Advisor role is preferred.

Parts Sales Advisor

Due to continued success in our Parts operation this is a new opportunity working within our Stoke Parts Department Team reporting to the After Sales Manager.

You will be involved with all aspects of the busy Parts Operation including administration, receiving orders from internal and external customers and stock organisation. Full training will be provided for identification of correct Parts and purchase and sales administration processes.

This full time role requires an understanding of vehicle components, good telephone manner together with administration and computer skills.

Previous experience in a similar Motor Trade or Parts Department role is preferred but not essential.

HGV Technician

Based at our recently refurbished Renault Truck Dealership at Fenton in Stoke On Trent.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HGV Technician to work on all makes and weights of   Trucks and Trailers. You will have previous experience of VOSA inspections, Service, MOT and Mechanical repair work at HGV level. An HGV Driving Licence is an advantage but not essential.

As part of our Workshop Technician team based in a busy workshop environment you will undertake all levels of maintenance, and repairs as well as completing standard servicing and diagnostics.

Based from our award winning 4 acre site Fradley Park, Lichfield, we are now seeking an experienced LCV Sales Professional to join the team to further develop the established customer base and new prospects.

Selling the exciting Allports Group Loader Range and New Renault Van Range to existing Customers and new prospects, on a range of acquisition methods including finance, leasing, Contract Hire and Rental, providing our customers with cost effective and efficient Transport Solutions.

You will be self-motivated, target driven and a great communicator. Our customer base is very loyal, so a passion for delivering customer service with a view to future business is essential for this particular role.

Previous experience in Car or Light Commercial Vehicle Sales or Contract Hire and Rental Sales is essential together with a keen ability to understand the Customers requirements and develop long term relationships.

Group Customer Account Manager

Exciting opportunity to join our team, this new position will include responsibility for managing and developing our Group customer base. This position would suit an experienced Commercial Vehicle professional with the benefit of experience in Commercial Vehicle Sales, Aftersales or Vehicle Rental.

The role will involve visiting existing clients building & maintaining relationships, and some targeted prospecting for new business. Our customer base is very loyal, so a passion for delivering customer service with a view to future business is essential for this particular role.

You will have a keen ability to understand clients operating requirements in order to promote propose and sell from our broad range of group products and services and commitments, providing solutions which add value to our clients business. Be computer literate and able to work with various reports and management information on a company database system and Microsoft excel.

Working on Company Main Reception this full time position is the first point of contact for our customers both via telephone and visiting site. Clear and effective telephone manner and well-presented appearance are essential.

The role includes various administration duties requiring organisational and computer skills. Previous experience in a reception and administration role is required.
