Essential Services
As an essential industry service provider, playing our part in keeping Britain moving, Allports Group remains open for business and we’re working on many levels to support all our clients as needed. At Allports Group we are proud we have achieved 100% in our external COVID-19 secure site audits at Lichfield and Stoke-on-Trent. We continue to monitor and improve on these as we enter a second national lockdown. That said if you do need to attend our sites please contact us first so we can accommodate your visit or make appropriate arrangements.
Our sites remain open, primarily for your essential servicing and rental activities. We don’t operate ‘showrooms’ but should you wish to see any vehicles you can explore via our online channels and can always contact our Sales team as normal through phone, email or video conferencing. We are happy to show you our stock remotely and continue to fulfil deliveries as required.
Your Turnkey Solution
Service/repair/MOTs Operations – all remain open, existing bookings remain in place and we continue to service your needs. At the time of writing, no announcements have been made about MOT extensions so these carry on as planned prior to this second lockdown.
Rental Operations – remain open for your Truck, Light Commercial Vehicle or Trailer needs, business as usual, inline with Government guidance.
Sales Operations – open by telephone and digitally business as usual.

Workshop & Parts 6am to 12am (midnight) – Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays 7am to 12pm
Bodyshop & SignTek 7am to 5pm – Monday to Friday
Group Sales 8am to 6pm – Monday to Friday, Saturday by appointment
Allports Rental 6:30am to 6pm – Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays 8am to 12pm
Stoke Site Opening Hours (01782 598282)
Our Stoke site is open 6am to 10pm Monday to Friday, and on Saturdays from 7am to 12pm

We operate an Emergency Roadside Assistance & Recovery Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Should you require Emergency Assistance, please call 01543 420120 and speak to a member of our Emergency Team.
